 The Battalion Commander is responsible for leading and overseeing all operations within the JROTC Battalion, including planning and executing training events, managing resources, and ensuring the overall success of the program.

The Battalion Executive Officer (XO) assists the Battalion Commander in planning and executing all battalion activities, serving as second in command and leading  staff to ensure they carry out the Battalion Commander's vision. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the unit.

The Command Sergeant Major (CSM) is the senior enlisted advisor, overseeing cadet training and discipline, and fostering leadership and professionalism within the JROTC unit. They provide mentorship and guidance to junior enlisted cadets and maintain standards of conduct and appearance.

The S1 manages personnel administration and cadet records, ensuring accuracy and organization. They handle promotions, awards, and other administrative tasks related to the cadet's personnel files.

The S2 handles intelligence and security matters, gathering and analyzing information to keep the battalion informed and safe. They assess potential threats and ensure the security of the unit's activities and operations.

The S3 plans and coordinates all training and operations, ensuring cadets receive necessary instruction and resources for their development. They work closely with instructors to develop training schedules and coordinate training activities.

The S4 manages logistics and supply, ensuring the unit has the resources needed to function effectively. They oversee the procurement and distribution of equipment, uniforms, and other supplies necessary for the unit's activities.

The S5 focuses on public affairs and community relations, promoting the unit's activities and maintaining positive relationships with the community. They coordinate public events, manage social media, and facilitate communication with the community and media.

The S6 oversees communications and technology, ensuring effective communication and technological capabilities within the JROTC unit. They manage the unit's communication systems, maintain technology equipment, oversee and manage the battalion's website,and provide support for the unit's technological needs.

The S7 coordinates extracurricular and social activities, promoting camaraderie and teamwork among the cadets. They also manage service hours and oversee the scheduling of service projects, teaching valuable time management and organizational skills.
